Job Summary:

The Cash Custodian is responsible for the accurate handling, safekeeping, and recording of company cash and financial transactions. This role ensures that all cash-related activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and standard accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and disburse cash;
  • Ensure sufficient petty cash fund;
  • Report discrepancies, shortages, or overages immediately to the immediate supervisor;
  • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
