1)Checking and approval of Journal entries of all PCF replenishments Monitors and coordinates the progress of the project

2)Prepares Financial Statements and other reports including analysis of sales/revenue transactions;

3)Prepares quarterly/annual ITR and filed the returns; Prepares Annual Inventory list and AR. Review and check other returns for remittances such as EWT, wtax on Compensation, VAT returns and Alphalist of employees. Prepare schedules and analyzed sales/revenue transactions;

4)Facilitates and coordinates with the immediate needs of projects in terms of revolving fund. Review and monitor the consolidated daily cash count of projects revolving fund;

5)Reviews and checks intercompany transactions and all accounting schedules

6)Review all reports and schedules like lapsing schedule, AP accounts, Advances to officers and employees to name a few. Review and check bank reconciliation prior to posting to NAV. Review and check Project Cost and expense report;

7)Handles year end audit of company's financials, assisting external auditors for all the queries and requirements;

8)Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

9)Custodian of all accounting files
