JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the over-all cash management of the assigned APD Loan Center including fund management, receiving and disbursements in compliance with company policies and procedures.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Custodian of cash, checks, and other cash items and keep tracks of daily cash requirements;
  • Handles all cash transactions like accepts cash and check payments, pays out loan releases and encashment from/to loan clients;
  • Filing and safekeeping of source documents such as cash requisition slips, cash turn-over slips, COCI turnover slips and other documents required for filing;
  • Handles disbursements of expense vouchers and checks validity and accuracy of documents against approved amount;
  • Checks all source documents as to their validity, correctness and accuracy; and
  • Generate reports and balances his/her daily transactions at the close of the day.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Educational Background: College graduate of any business related course
