Sales Service Engineer

  • Supervise and lead service technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems (air conditioners, chillers, cooling towers, ventilation systems, etc.)
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues and mechanical failures in HVAC systems
  • Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance checks on client equipment
  • Ensure proper documentation of service reports, job orders, and equipment checklists
  • Coordinate with clients for service scheduling, technical concerns, and after-service feedback
  • Prepare service plans, reports, and recommendations based on inspections and findings
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and industry standards during service work
  • Provide technical support to the sales team for project evaluation and client proposals
  • Stay updated with new HVAC technologies, standards, and techniques
  • Train junior engineers or technicians on proper servicing procedures
  • Collaborate with warehouse/logistics team to ensure proper tools, materials, and parts are available for service

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
  • Registered Mechanical Engineer
  • Preferably with experience in HVAC systems installation and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and safety procedures.
  • Willing to work flexible hours depending on project requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
