Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading business development and sales initiatives for commercial and industrial equipment solutions across hospitality, foodservice, and institutional clients. This role focuses on driving sales performance, developing new markets, and managing a sales team to achieve company objectives through effective client engagement and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or any related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management or business development, preferably handling commercial, industrial, or technical equipment.
- Background in hospitality, foodservice, or facility systems is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven sales performance record.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities within the hospitality, foodservice, and institutional sectors.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Supervise, coach, and develop sales personnel to improve team performance and product knowledge.
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure client requirements and technical specifications are met.
- Prepare and review proposals, bids, and pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
- Lead sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting activities.
- Represent the company in client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php60,000.00 per month
