Pay range: We value transparency and want to ensure a good fit for both parties. We encourage applicants who are comfortable within the salary range of Php 104,000 to Php 142,000 to apply.

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to strengthen our monitoring and performance management capabilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring system reliability and visibility across our infrastructure and applications. You will be involved with the design, implementation, and optimisation of observability solutions enabling proactive detection and resolution of issues.

What will you do as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer?

Reporting to the Hosting Operations Team Lead, your accountabilities will include:

• Develop and maintain observability platforms including (but not limited to) Quest Foglight, Grafana and Site24x7
• Implement dashboards and alerting to provide real-time visibility into application and infrastructure performance.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to embed observability best practices across the organisation.
• Identify and drive the adoption of a core set of tools such as Grafana, and OpenTelemetry for metrics, logs, and distributed tracing.
• Assist teams with identifying, diagnosing and resolving incidents on both a pro-active and a reactive basis

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

An ideal candidate has the following qualities:

• Strong knowledge of observability principles: metrics, logging, tracing.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Site24x7, Quest Foglight.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing frameworks.
• Understanding of AWS and VMware
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Awareness of ITIL practices
