About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Consultant to work with clients across a range of cloud, security and infrastructure services. The role involves a mix of operational support, troubleshooting, maintenance, solution enhancement, and implementation. You'll work hands-on across Azure, Microsoft 365, identity, security operations, endpoint management, networking, firewalls, and automation.

What You'll Do

  • Provide operational support, troubleshooting and maintenance across client environments
  • Work hands-on with Azure IaaS and PaaS services
  • Administer Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Manage identity and access through Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access and MFA
  • Manage endpoints and devices using Microsoft Intune
  • Handle patch management for servers and endpoints
  • Investigate and respond to SIEM, SOC and XDR alerts
  • Support networking, routing and firewall-related issues
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and operational tasks
  • Contribute to workflow and process automation where appropriate
  • Produce clear documentation including technical notes, runbooks and designs

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years experience in an infrastructure engineering or similar technical role
  • Strong experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint and device management
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals and firewalls
  • Experience with SIEM/SOC/XDR and incident investigation
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server, virtualisation and hybrid environments
  • Solid knowledge of identity and access management
  • Experience with monitoring, patching and backup/recovery
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Varonis, Mimecast, NinjaOne, Delinea, Cymulate, Arctic Wolf, Huntress, Microsoft Graph API, ISO 27001 / NIST / CIS frameworks, DevOps/IaC, regulated environments or experience contributing to solution design.
