We're seeking a Data-Driven UX Researcher Associate to join our team and serve as a crucial bridge between user behavior and product development. In this role, you'll be responsible for uncovering user needs and pain points through rigorous data analysis, helping to shape and validate product decisions with quantifiable insights. You'll work closely with experienced researchers, data scientists, and product teams to translate complex data into actionable product improvements within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Management: Assist in instrumenting and managing data collection across web and mobile platforms, ensuring data integrity and adherence to tracking plans. This includes working with analytics teams to define event schemas and custom dimensions.

• Quantitative Analysis: Conduct quantitative analyses of user behavior using tools like SQL, R, and Python. Identify key user journeys, drop-off points, and behavioral patterns by analyzing large datasets from various sources, including product analytics, A/B tests, and user segments.

• Qualitative & Quantitative Synthesis: Synthesize insights from both qualitative and quantitative data. This involves linking qualitative findings from interviews and usability tests to broader behavioral trends identified in product analytics.

• Reporting & Visualization: Prepare and present detailed, data-backed reports on research findings. Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using tools like LookerStudio or Clickhouse to communicate insights to stakeholders.

• Experimentation & A/B Testing: Support the design and analysis of A/B tests and other experimental designs to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of new features on key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Methodology & Tooling: Apply and learn advanced UX research methods and data analysis techniques. Maintain proficiency in a variety of research and analytics tools, contributing to the team's data infrastructure and methodology.
  

Requirements

• Experience: 2 years of experience in a role with a strong focus on quantitative UX research, product analytics, or data analysis.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with SQL for data querying and manipulation is required. Familiarity with statistical programming languages (R, Python) for data analysis is a strong plus.

• Analytics Tools: Demonstrated experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and data visualization tools (e.g., LookerStudio, Tableau, Power BI).

• Statistical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of statistical concepts, including hypothesis testing, statistical significance, and experimental design.

• Domain Knowledge: Exposure to the fintech, banking, or other data-intensive digital product sectors is a significant advantage.

• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. A proactive mindset and keen attention to detail are essential.
