Job Description: To support our global growth, our market research start-up is looking for a Fieldwork Specialist to execute and deliver market research projects in a way that consistently results in the highest level of customer satisfaction for clients, while maintaining the speed and accuracy required in a dynamic environment. As a Fieldwork Specialist at TGM Research reporting to the Fieldwork Manager, you will be supporting our Client Service team to deliver outstanding experience to all our clients worldwide. Because of our global footprint and clients from all regions, you will be required to work in night shift covering different time zones. This role will require strong organization, excellent time and project management skills, proactivity, and communication with colleagues / other departments within the company. Responsibilities: Setting up online studies and choosing respondent sources (TGM panels, marketplaces, social networks, etc.) based on project requirements. Designing sampling strategies tailored to each market, under client service guidance. Monitoring fieldwork daily and updating client service on quota progress, timing, feasibility, and any issues or troubleshooting. Conducting quality checks (both automated and manual) for all respondent answers, ensuring standardized processes. Handling cost reconciliation and tracking budgets throughout the project. Co-managing the question library: creating, editing, or deactivating questions as needed, and working with Client Service to identify needs for new questions. Collaborating with Client Service and Operations teams to improve project planning, cost, timing, and quality. Working in the midshift supporting projects in different time zones. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in online panel market research, preferably as a Project Manager. Experience in panel sampling management and fieldwork is mandatory. Experience in using panel marketplaces (Cint, Lucid, Purespectrum platforms) is required. Network of market research panel partners worldwide and working with these partners will be a strong advantage. University Degree – preferably within analytic fields such as Business, Economics/Mathematics, Marketing but not restrictive. Great project management skills, self-discipline, and attention to details. Fluent in English, both writing and speaking. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Curiosity and high interest for digital tools, digital acquisition, innovative solutions for business. Excellent problem-solving abilities, proactivity, critical thinking, and passion for numbers.
