A KNC Group of Companies is looking for a Restaurant Manager for our Jollibee Store who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant. This involves managing staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and service, and handling customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Staff Management:

  2. Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and dishwashers.

  3. Assign roles and responsibilities based on staff skills and restaurant needs.
  4. Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for busy times.
  5. Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and training when needed.
  6. Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

  7. Customer Service:

  8. Ensure that customers receive excellent service at all times.

  9. Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Monitor customer satisfaction and adjust operations to improve service.

  11. Operational Efficiency:

  12. Ensure the restaurant is compliant with health and safety regulations, including sanitation and food safety standards.

  13. Maintain inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed.
  14. Oversee food quality, presentation, and portion control.
  15. Ensure the restaurant maintains cleanliness and organization.
  16. Manage opening and closing procedures for the restaurant.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in supervisory or management roles.
  • Prior experience working with Jollibee or a similar quick-service restaurant is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Solid understanding of health, safety, and sanitation standards in the food service industry.
  • Proficient in using restaurant management systems and basic financial tools (e.g., inventory, sales reporting, scheduling).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
