Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Software Project Manager to lead and coordinate software development projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of agile methodologies, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in project management within a software development environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies
  • Proficient in project tracking and scheduling tools
  • Experience in coordinating testing activities and working with other teams
  • Ability to conduct business analysis and produce clear documentation
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Familiarity with tools such as React JS, Python, , or mobile development frameworks (React Native, Flutter)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
