Job Summary:

The Sales Associate is responsible for the accurate receiving, handling, storage, and replenishment of stocks in both the stockroom and selling area. The role ensures that products are properly accounted for, organized, and available for customer purchase at all times.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Checking Stocks
  • Receive incoming deliveries from suppliers.
  • Inspect items to ensure correct quantity and good condition.
  • Record and report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies.
  • Stock Organization and Storage
  • Arrange stocks in the stockroom based on product category and FIFO (First In, First Out).
  • Ensure items are stored securely to prevent damage or loss.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the stockroom.
  • Replenishment
  • Monitor stock levels on the sales floor.
  • Refill product displays to ensure shelves are always well-stocked.
  • Coordinate with Sales Staff for fast-moving or low-stock items.
  • Inventory and Documentation
  • Participate in daily/weekly/monthly inventory counts.
  • Update stock records accurately and report stock variances.
  • Tag, label, or price items as needed.
  • Logistics & Physical Handling
  • Assist in loading and unloading deliveries.
  • Move, lift, or carry boxes/products safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • High School graduate.
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of experience in the retail industry.
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Physically fit and able to lift boxes.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php560.00 per day
