Job Summary:

TriCore Energy Solutions Inc. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate for a 3-month project-based role. This position offers competitive pay, sales commissions, and hands-on training in the renewable energy, HVAC, and refrigeration industries. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for actively promoting and selling our solar energy systems, air-conditioning units, and refrigeration solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell solar energy, air-conditioning, and refrigeration products and services.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client referrals.
  • Conduct client meetings to assess requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure project feasibility and successful execution.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly/project basis.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience in the solar, air-conditioning, or refrigeration industries.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to explain product features and benefits.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver professional sales presentations.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • A valid driver's license is a plus.
