Job Title: Sales Associate (Project-Based, 3 Months) – Solar, Air-conditioning & Refrigeration

Job Summary:
TriCore Energy Solutions Inc. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate for a 3-month project-based role. This position offers competitive pay, sales commissions, and hands-on training in the renewable energy, HVAC, and refrigeration industries. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for actively promoting and selling our solar energy systems, air-conditioning units, and refrigeration solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell solar energy, air-conditioning, and refrigeration products and services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client referrals.
- Conduct client meetings to assess requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure project feasibility and successful execution.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly/project basis.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience in the solar, air-conditioning, or refrigeration industries.
- Strong technical background with the ability to explain product features and benefits.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver professional sales presentations.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
