Job Desciption:

  1. Product Listing & Optimization

  2. Create and update accurate product listings across online platforms.

  3. Optimize titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve visibility and search rankings.

  4. Inventory & Order Management

  5. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to avoid stock outs or overstocking.

  6. Ensure timely and accurate processing of online orders to improve customer satisfaction and repeat sales.

  7. Sales Performance Monitoring

  8. Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales data.

  9. Analyze product performance, identify top-sellers and underperformers, and suggest promotions or changes.

  10. Customer Service Support

  11. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews on time.

  12. Ensure a positive buying experience to drive customer loyalty and 5-star reviews.

  13. Promotion & Campaign Execution

  14. Assist in planning and executing online promotions, discounts, and flash sales

  15. Coordinate with the marketing team to align e-commerce activities with social media and email campaigns.

  16. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  17. Regularly review competitor pricing, listings, and trends.

  18. Suggest pricing strategies and new product ideas based on market demand.

Qualifications:

College Graduate

At least 2yrs work related experience

Job Type: Full-time
