Duties & Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Data Entry:
- Input financial transactions into accounting software.
- Maintain and update financial spreadsheets with daily entries.
- Process invoices for accounts payable and receivable.
- Account Management:
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Verify vendor statements to ensure accuracy.
- Reporting:
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports like balance sheets and income statements.
- Provide support with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Operational Support:
- Work with other departments to ensure timely processing of financial transactions.
- Assist with payroll and expense reimbursements.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Organize and archive financial records.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.

- Solid understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
