Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
-Professional certifications in sales management, CRM, or leadershipare a plus.
-Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes (packaging & printing industry preferred)
Skills & Competencies:
-Sales Management: pipeline oversight, territory planning, account prioritization
Analytical Skills: interpreting sales reports, dashboards, and CRM data (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Performance Tracking: monitoring quotas, growth trends, and team rankings
Client Relationship Management: handling high-value accounts, negotiating contracts, and strategic client engagement
Leadership & Coaching: mentoring sales staff, driving team performance
Soft Skills: communication, problem-solving, strategic thinking, decision-making
Experience:
-5+ years in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
-Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
-Experience managing key accounts and sales teams
-Familiarity with sales CRM systems and reporting tools
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team, including BDAs and BDOs
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor team performance and ensure consistency in meeting/exceeding targets
- Generate and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports
- Maintain and grow high-value accounts, tracking account size and value
- Prepare year-to-date performance summaries and growth trend analyses
- Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making
- Coach and mentor team members to optimize performance
