Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pasig for a Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Specialist. The Senior Specialist will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and utilizing analytical skills to support strategic decision-making and financial performance evaluation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related Business field
  • CPA or equivalent financial certification is a plus, but not required
  • At least 1 year of experience in FP&A or 2 years in financial reporting or related finance roles
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls

Financial Planning & Forecasting

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver timely and accurate Profit & Loss (P&L) reports across business units and regions
  • Partner with business units to prepare and consolidate annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term plans
  • Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actuals, budgets, and forecasts, providing actionable insights to stakeholders

Performance Monitoring & Business Insights

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends to support decision-making
  • Prepare financial dashboards, simulations, and scenario planning models
  • Support strategic cost management by identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements

Financial Reporting

  • Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data, including proper cost allocations, accruals, and reversals
  • Assist in maintaining and managing cost centers and budget ownership structures
  • Ensure financial compliance with internal controls and reporting standards

Systems & Tools

  • Leverage SAP and other enterprise systems for data extraction, reporting, and financial analysis
  • Build reports and analytical models using Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) tools

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, and formulas)
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization platforms is an advantage
