What you'll do:

1.Financial Planning & Budgeting

  • Lead annual, mid-year, and balance-of-year budgeting and financial planning.
  • Coordinate with departments to align financial plans with business goals.
  • Assess financial risks/opportunities and provide strategic insights.
  • Conduct financial modeling and evaluate capital expenditures (Payback, NPV, IRR, etc.).

2.Segment Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual segment reports and variance analyses.
  • Monitor resource deployment, volumes, and operations KPIs vs. plan.
  • Recommend cost-optimization and savings opportunities.

3.Process Improvement & Systems Management

  • Maintain SAP CO (controlling module), Financial Management System, and Application for Authority for Capital Expenditures (AACE) systems.
  • Improve and automate financial planning processes.
  • Lead or support system enhancements, implementations, and trainings.

Others

  • Support rates review, cost analysis, and cross-team collaboration.

What we're looking for:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • With background in Financial Planning and Budgeting, General Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Financial Analysis
  • Tax background is an advantage
