Senior FP&A Manager / Head of Finance

Location

On-site, Mon-Fri (Morning Shift)

Industry Scope:
 FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, and Production (multi-brand operations)

Budget: Open, 100, ,000 (Negotiable, can be higher depending on years and experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee FP&A, General Accounting, Audit, Taxation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Address and resolve finance backlogs in accounts payable/receivable and optimize cash flow management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting across multiple business lines, aligned with both local and regional standards.
  • Drive system transition to Xero, ensuring smooth setup, adoption, and integration.
  • Manage P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic business planning.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to operational and category teams, as well as to regional finance stakeholders.
  • Develop and motivate a young finance team, instilling discipline, accountability, and high performance.
  • Balance strategic direction and hands-on operational finance leadership.

Key Requirements

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA); additional international certifications (e.g., CMA) are an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of progressive finance experience spanning FP&A, general accounting, taxation, and audit.
  • Strong expertise in cash flow management, systems transition, and financial controls.
  • Proven ability to manage complex finance environments across e-commerce, FMCG, and retail.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency.
  • Demonstrated experience in people management with the ability to lead and inspire young teams.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, high integrity, and excellent attention to detail.
