Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver sales training programs for travel agents to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service.
  • Develop process training materials and conduct regular sessions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to trainees to improve their performance and achieve desired results.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Monitor trainee progress, track metrics, and report on program effectiveness.
  • Provide refresher training to the existing sales force, supporting OJT batches.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-8 years of experience in Travel sales training with a reputed company.
  • Strong understanding of B2C/B2B sales principles, marketing strategies, and business development concepts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Ready to work from Office, Cyber-Hub Gurugram
