Area Operations Head

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Performs functions for the effective and profitable sales, marketing and operations of gasoline stations to meet over-all company objectives. Ensures the optimum utilization of company assets properly documented and monitored to optimize sales.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
SALES/PROFITABILITY
- Supervises the preparation of annual sales objectives and plans/programs for each gasoline station. Reviews the objectives and secures approval.
- Provides counselling as maybe required on plans and programs to be implemented to maximize sales and optimized utilization of assets, minimize costs and risks.
- Prepares sales call report regarding discussions with the supervisors on plans agreements reached for monitoring and implementation.
ASSET MANAGEMENT
- Conducts on the spot and regular audits for cash and inventory management.
- Assist Supervisors in the collection of overdues and credit issues.
- Monitors compliance of customers to credit limits both in time and amount.
- Recommends innovative ideas on payment schemes to reduce overdue accounts including endorsement to collection attorneys and legal action for delinquent account.
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Monitors compliance to local and national permits such as Environmental Clearance Certificates and annual business permits.
- Approves supervisors' personnel requirements, availments of leaves and monitoring of official business activities and overtimes.
- Prepares periodic reports on all sales matters
- Prepares inter-office and external correspondences related to the effective performance of his assigned tasks or as may be assigned.
- Ensures proper use and safekeeping of all company forms, sales tools and aids issued.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be graduate of any 4-year business course
- Must have at least 2-3 years of similar work experience
- Willing to field work - visits Gas stations on his/her area of assignment to conduct audit and coaching if needed;
- With strong Sales & Marketing, Negotiation, Interaction and Communications skills
- Familiar with application of local & national operating permits
- Should know how to drive 4-wheels
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
