JOB OVERVIEW:The Accounting Manager is responsible in managing, directing, and driving the overall operations of the Accounting Team of the Finance & Accounting Department, with the objective of ensuring compliance to statutory and regulatory requirements, adoption of applicable accounting standards, preparation of complete and accurate regulatory and management reports, review and updating of financial policies, review and implementation of systems and processes. Manages and oversees the daily operations of the Accounting Department which includes month and year-end process, accounts payables, inventory management and control, general ledger, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliation. Ensure accurate period closure and reporting of financial results;Analyze financial trends and conduct risk analysis;Administer the preparation and simulation of promo GP Analysis, SRP.Manage the planning, budgeting, forecasting & reporting processes at business unit level;Ensure timely recording, tracking, analyzing and reporting of all financial information to management;Ensure compliance to internal controls and policies, tax and other relevant statutory requirements (BIR, local government, Bureau of Customs)MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Must be a graduate of BS AccountancyMust be a Certified Public AccountantAt least 5 years working experience as an Accounting Manager, 3 years of which in a Managerial capacity.

Knowledge in e-commerce and retail business, an advantageKnowledge and exposure in budget preparationExperience in Philippine taxation and handling external and BIR audit
