Financial Consolidation Officer Location: Makati

Full-time | At least 4 and above years of relevant experience in financial accounting

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and/or other relevant degrees (CPA Required)


About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Consolidation Specialist to ensure accurate and compliant group-wide reporting. This role consolidates financial data from subsidiaries and associates, prepares financial statements, and supports audits and regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, review, and consolidate financial data across the Group.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements and regulatory reports.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS/Philippine standards, PSE/SEC requirements.
  • Support external audits and resolve variances or discrepancies.
  • Maintain consolidation systems, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and/or other relevant degrees
  • Licensed CPA (Required)
  • At least 4 years in financial accounting, 2+ years in consolidation for a listed company.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and consolidation processes.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and consolidation software.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and effective communicator.
