Job Overview:

OVERSEES AND COORDINATES DAILY ACTIVITIES OF THE WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS SUCH AS RECEIVING AND RELEASING OF ALL GOODS/MATERIALS. MANAGES INVENTORY LEVELS BY OBSERVING DELIVERIES OR TAKING COUNTS. WHEN NECESSARY, ENSURES TIMELY SHIPPING OF RAW MATERIALS AND FINISHED GOODS TO AND FROM THE CLIENT AND VICE VERSA WITH ACCURATE TIME FRAMES THAT ARE ACCEPTABLE TO ALL PARTIES INVOLVED AND SUPERVISES WORK OF THE STAFF IF NEEDED.

Functional Scope:

  • Supervises warehouse personnel and ensures that warehouse objective is met.
  • Supervises warehouse operations from receiving to dispatch process
  • Monitors daily warehouse transactions including Daily Cycle Count, stocks daily movement including rejects
  • Monitors the attendance and assignments of all Warehouse Personnel and ensures that all are in accordance to the approved manning requirements.
  • Evaluates the performance of staff based on their KPIs
  • Ensures the inventory accuracy of the warehouse by checking the ledgers of the Warehouse Leadman
  • Coordinates and follows up with Client regarding short landed, overlanded, and/or off-quality deliveries and reports it to SAP Encoder for necessary adjustments in SAP inventory.
  • Ensures the control, monitoring and upkeep of the warehouse forklifts, jack pallets and other equipment.
  • Ensures that warehouses' capacities are monitored and utilization is maximized.
  • Coordinates with Trucking and PPIC in ensuring that trucks are available and guarantee that client's requests/requirements are timely met.
  • Prepares and submits complete, correct and accurate weekly and monthly management reports including other data that maybe required by the management and client.
  • Ensures that all reports should be with the knowledge and approval of the department/business unit head and/or designate.
  • Responsible in defining and writing the business requirement specifications of processes for automation update/revision.
  • Fully adheres to the company's code of discipline.
  • Performs other tasks that the PPIC Head and/or GPO Head may assign from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience in Warehouse Supervising and Inventory Control Functions
  • Preferably a college graduate with a degree in Industrial Engineering or related
  • Preferably with experience in the Manufacturing Industry
