Location: Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 PM – 5 AM (PH Time)

Role Overview

The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and partners at our Cebu office. This role plays a key part in maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment while assisting with day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.

You'll also use Microsoft 365 tools to manage documentation, communication, and scheduling efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, employees, and applicants in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages promptly.
  • Manage front desk operations, including logging visitors and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing documents, deliveries, and correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
  • Support administrative needs for HR, Operations, and Management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and common areas.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring office readiness.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any business, administrative, or office-related course.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in reception, office administration, or customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and reliable demeanor.
  • Willing to work onsite in Mandaue City on the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM PH time).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a corporate or BPO environment.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative coordination and document management.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
