Job description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts such as job postings, new employee orientation, and onboarding. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers to help them with their recruitment needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Oversee the full cycle of recruitment efforts from sourcing possible candidates to onboarding of employees.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Weekly reporting of KPI and update manpower monitoring and applicant tracking system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related area is an advantage
  • with 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination and communication skills
  • Amenable working in San Juan
