Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares complete and accurate work and update documents and records in day to day transactions

• Coordinates and update requestor with the request status

• Daily coordination with building administrator for various facility matters

• Preparation of gate passes and permits in all forms of work that incudes:
- Items and work specifications
- Work methodology preparation
- Details of workers and,
- Prepares letter of request

• Weekly reporting for the office setup, repair and replacement update for the identified and health hazards

Skills and Qualifications
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College degree in Civil Engineering, Admin Management or equivalent.
With at least 6 months of working experience on general administrative works, and facilities experience in BPO setup or
Construction company
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively communicate and work with all levels of the organizations, clients and external agencies.
