Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepares complete and accurate work and update documents and records in day to day transactions

  • Coordinates and update requestor with the request status
  • Daily coordination with building administrator for various facility matters
  • Preparation of gate passes and permits in all forms of work that incudes:
  • Items and work specifications
  • Work methodology preparation
  • Details of workers and,
  • Prepares letter of request
  • Weekly reporting for the office setup, repair and replacement update for the identified and health hazards

Skills and Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College degree in Civil Engineering, Admin Management or equivalent.
  • With at least 6 months of working experience on general administrative works, and facilities experience in BPO setup or

Construction company

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work with all levels of the organizations, clients and external agencies.
