JOB SUMMARY

Responsible in assisting organization's financial operations of Sales Teams' Sellers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reviews and evaluates budget requests.
  • Prepares budget request of Sellers.
  • Keeps budget monitoring and liquidation up to date.
  • Facilitates liquidation of Cash Advance and Incentives.
  • Reviews chargeback.
  • Monitors Sellers Accreditation Agreements/Contracts.
  • Coordinates with FCI Group on the update of budget request and liquidation guidelines and requirements of Incentives, Promos, Travel, etc.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Must be a graduate of any business course or its equivalent.
  • Work experience in real estate industry is an advantage but not required.
  • Knowledge of S4 Hana system is an advantage but not required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is a must.
  • Detail-oriented, precise, organized and team player.
  • With good communication, interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle concurrent projects and assignments
