Project Development Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Development Manager to lead our project development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our projects from conceptualization to completion.

  • Sell and develop strategic plans for large-scale residential projects, including Costa Del Hamilo and Highlands Prime.
  • Lead the enhancement of existing projects in Pico de Loro and Tagaytay Highlands, focusing on amenities, facilities, and infrastructures.
  • Identify and assess potential projects, conducting feasibility studies, market analysis, and risk assessments to determine viability and potential returns on investment.
  • Develop comprehensive project development strategies aligned with organizational objectives, considering financial, technical, regulatory, and environmental factors.
  • Oversee the creation of detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Conduct financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and fundraising efforts to secure financing for the project.
  • Identify suitable project sites and negotiate land acquisition or lease agreements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in project development and management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of project development processes, including feasibility studies, financial analysis, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
