About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our Human Resources Department. This internship will give you hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and other HR-related functions, providing you with practical skills that will support your future career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling).
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and HR programs.
  • Maintain and update HR records and files.
  • Perform other administrative tasks related to HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to complete a minimum of 200 internship hours.
  • Willing to work onsite at Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
