We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented On-the-Job Trainee (OJT) to join our Accounting Department. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting and enhance your understanding of core accounting processes.

Start Date: WILLING TO START ASAP

Location: PEI Bldg. Victor Buencamino St., Alabang-Zapote Rd. Muntinlupa City

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating/encoding Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipts against Purchase Orders (GRPO)
  • Help with filing Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT) for utilities
  • Assist in preparing Inventory Audit Reports
  • Support with document management and record keeping
  • Participate in month-end physical inventory counting
  • Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets)
