About the role

DN Steel Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Metro Manila. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business by identifying and securing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and providing technical expertise to support the sale of our innovative steel products and solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads, leveraging your technical expertise to understand and address the specific needs of each customer
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide detailed product information, recommendations, and solutions to customers
  • Participate in the preparation of bids, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay abreast of market trends and build your professional network
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to the sales management team

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of any four-year course.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of steel products, construction materials, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide creative, customer-centric solutions
  • Willingness to travel within the Metro Manila area and other nearby provinces to meet with clients, as required
