Role Overview

The
Corporate / Niche Hiring Recruiter
will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent for highly specialized or leadership positions across our corporate and domain-specific functions. This role requires strong market intelligence, stakeholder management, and creative sourcing strategies to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment:
    Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding for corporate and niche roles (e.g., analytics, finance, digital, technology, or leadership positions).
  • Strategic Sourcing:
    Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using professional networks, social platforms, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and align hiring strategies.
  • Candidate Engagement:
    Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience and represent eClerx as an employer of choice.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Stay updated on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor insights to advise business leaders on hiring strategies.
  • Recruitment Analytics:
    Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to ensure performance, pipeline health, and process efficiency.
  • Employer Branding:
    Collaborate with Talent Attraction and Marketing teams to strengthen eClerx's employer brand across digital and campus channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in
    corporate or niche hiring
    (preferably in BPO, KPO, or shared services environments).
  • Proven experience hiring for
    mid to senior-level
    and/or specialized roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobStreet).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capability.
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced, matrixed environment
    with multiple priorities.
