We're Hiring: Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (Sourcing)

Are you a strategic talent hunter with a passion for finding and engaging top talent? Join our growing team as Assistant Manager for TA Sourcing, and play a key role in building our future workforce.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sourcing specialists to meet hiring targets.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Leads and Hiring Managers to forecast and prioritize hiring needs.
  • Leverage data and market insights to improve sourcing effectiveness and candidate pipelines.
  • Champion process improvement initiatives to enhance recruiter productivity and candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on Sourcing or Recruitment Operations.
  • Proven leadership or team management experience in a BPO or shared services setup.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing platforms, recruitment analytics, and talent mapping.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Alabang
