Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Assist in manpower planning, posting job advertisements, and screening candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for selection.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, team-building, and company events.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime records.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely processing of salaries and benefits.
  • Manage government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and company-provided benefits.
  • Training & Development
  • Coordinate training programs and track employee development plans.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness of programs.
  • Performance Management
  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to management.
  • Policy Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, occupational health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HR databases.
  • Draft HR memos, policies, and reports as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
  • Has a strong understanding about Human Resources Facets and Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Preferably a Registered Psychometrician and a CHRA. (But not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and google workspace.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
