As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in the financial operations of our company. Based in Quezon City Metro Manila, this full-time position will involve overseeing and executing a range of accounting responsibilities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Reconciling general ledger accounts and ensuring the accuracy of financial data
  • Maintaining and updating financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting function
  • Providing guidance and training to junior members of the accounting team

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and financial reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience in providing financial guidance and mentoring to junior team members
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity
