What is your mission?

We are looking for a US Staff Accountant to handle reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance under US GAAP. In this role, you will oversee balance sheet and account reconciliations, manage AP transactions, reconcile deposits, and ensure accuracy across financial records. You'll work with ERP systems and Excel to deliver timely, reliable data while supporting ad hoc projects. You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Assist with financial reconciliation packages and monthly balance sheet reconciliations in line with US GAAP
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, accounts payable, and receivables
  • Prepare and review AP transactions for disbursements, identifying unusual activity or addbacks
  • Reconcile ERP system deposits to cash accounts for accuracy
  • Support ad hoc projects within the finance team
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
  • At least 4 years of accounting experience with strong US GAAP expertise
  • Proficient in QuickBooks or Sage Intacct (or similar ERP/accounting systems)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, PIVOT, SUMIFS, formulas)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reconciliations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to ad hoc tasks and thrive in dynamic environments
