What is your mission?

We are looking for an Senior US Accountant to oversee financial reporting, compliance, and process improvements. This role manages the general ledger, ensures accurate financial statements, handles audits and tax compliance, and supports budgeting and forecasting. You will also mentor junior staff and collaborate across departments to improve efficiency and strengthen controls. If you're detail-oriented and passionate about finance, we'd love to have you on our team.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to management and regulatory bodies
  • Oversee general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliations
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with management
  • Coordinate external audits and implement internal controls for compliance
  • Prepare and review tax filings while staying updated on changing regulations
  • Lead and mentor junior accounting staff; collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance finance operations
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, journal entries, and account reconciliations
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, audits, and tax compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Hands-on experience with Workday or similar ERP/accounting systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and guide staff
