Job Description
- Identify and prospect new clients within target industries (e.g., legal, medical, e-commerce, government, corporate, etc.).
- Generate and nurture leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
- Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to understand their language service requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Provide clients with detailed information on our services, including translation, interpretation, localization, and multilingual content management.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, pricing quotes, and service agreements.
- Follow up consistently with leads and clients to drive sales and address any questions or concerns.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates on progress toward goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and retention.
- Provide ongoing support and ensure client satisfaction throughout the service delivery process.
- Coordinate with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Stay updated on trends in the language services industry, including new technologies and service offerings
- Attend relevant conferences and events to network and increase brand awareness.
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong background in the language services industry or related fields (translation, interpretation, localization, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the language services market and how translation, localization, and interpretation solutions meet client needs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain complex services clearly and persuasively.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor for language-related solutions.
- Knowledge of different industries (e.g., legal, healthcare, e-commerce, technology) and how language services can benefit each sector is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
