What you'll be doing

• Become a Digital Marketing Maverick: Analyze campaign performance across channel like Google, identify growth opportunities, and craft data-driven strategies to elevate our marketing game.
• Unleash the Power of Data: Transform complex data into actionable insights, translating findings into clear recommendations for campaign optimization.
• A/B Testing Champion: Plan and execute A/B tests to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements for maximum impact.
• Data Storytelling Master: Generate compelling reports that showcase campaign performance and provide strategic direction for continuous improvement.
• Collaborative Powerhouse: Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall company goals.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Be passionate about learning industry best practices and staying updated on the latest performance marketing trends.
• Campaign Setup & Execution: Create, manage, and optimize automated marketing campaigns across Email (EDM), SMS, and Push Notification channels using marketing automation platforms.
• Segmentation & Targeting: Develop customer segmentation strategies to ensure personalized and relevant messaging for different audience segments.
• Content Coordination: Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure all campaign materials (emails, SMS, and push messages) are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Workflow Automation: Set up and optimize workflows for lead nurturing, customer onboarding, abandoned cart reminders, and other automated marketing campaigns.
• Compliance: Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant regulations, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other data privacy laws.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other relevant departments to align messaging and timing of campaigns with business objectives.
• Platform Management: Maintain and troubleshoot the marketing automation platforms, ensuring smooth campaign execution and data integration with other systems (e.g., CRM, customer data platform).
• Other tasks that may be assigned to fulfil the duties above.

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science (or a passion for these fields and demonstrably strong skills).
