Job Overview

We are looking for
dynamic and detail-oriented Brand Associates
to support our growing portfolio across multiple consumer divisions. This role offers hands-on exposure to
brand management, marketing strategy execution, and retail marketing operations
, working closely with the
Division Manager / Senior Brand Manager, and Sales Team
.

  • As a Brand Associate, you will play a key role in translating brand strategies into impactful marketing activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. Success in this role requires strong teamwork, initiative, and alignment with the company's values and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of
    brand and marketing initiatives
    aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with
    Brand Management, Sales, and cross-functional teams
  • Assist in preparing
    marketing reports, presentations, and performance analyses
  • Participate in retail marketing activities,
    promotions, and brand campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
  • Contribute ideas and insights to help strengthen brand performance

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 0–1 year experience
    in
    brand management, marketing, or retail marketing
  • Open to
    fresh graduates
    with relevant
    internship or academic experience in a retail environment or any relevant industry
  • Strong
    English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in
    MS Excel
    and basic numerical analysis
  • Experience in
    report preparation, presentations, and coordination
  • Team-oriented, proactive, detail-driven, and eager to learn

Work Arrangement:
Temporary Hybrid Setup (3x onsite, 2x WFH per week)
