We're looking for Digital Marketing Associate for an IT company who focuses on scanning and digitization, document management, business mapping, and integration.

The Digital Marketing Associate will identify compelling product value propositions and translate them into impactful marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for authoring engaging content and creating multimedia assets to promote products and services, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define key product value propositions and incorporate them into marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
  • Develop and create high-quality written content and multimedia (videos, graphics) for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and align marketing strategies with product offerings and market trends.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to increase conversions, customer acquisition, and organic traffic.
  • Analyze campaign performance, stay current with industry trends, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Perform such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned by the Company from time to time, in accordance with the requirements of the role and the needs of the business.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including content creation, campaign management, and performance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media channels.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Work Details:

  • Work on-site
  • Monday to Friday; 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
