About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven
Collections Team Lead
to oversee a team of Collections Specialists and ensure timely and accurate collection of outstanding receivables. This role is responsible for driving performance, improving collection effectiveness, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Collections Specialists to meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
  • Handle escalated collection issues and provide resolutions aligned with client expectations.
  • Coordinate with Billing, Cash Applications, and Customer Service teams to resolve disputes and ensure accurate account information.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
  • Minimum
    2–4 years of experience in Collections Team Lead in a BPO Set-up.
  • Strong knowledge of O2C/AR processes, collection strategies, and dispute management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
