We are seeking a Quality Analyst Team Lead with strong expertise in corporate quality, compliance frameworks, and audit governance across healthcare BPO operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QMS, ISMS, BCMS, SOC, PCI-DSS, and HITRUST programs and the ability to drive cross-functional quality initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management & Compliance

  • Maintain and control QMS/ISMS documentation including policies, SOPs, SoA, records, and version control.
  • Ensure the execution of internal audits as per the audit plan; track findings and CAPA to closure.
  • Coordinate internal/external audits—evidence collation, stakeholder interviews, and audit responses.
  • Perform/lead risk assessments, maintain risk treatment plans, and ensure periodic updates.
  • Support client system access reconciliation for sampled associates.
  • Monitor changes in operational scope (new/wind-down processes) and update the Corporate Quality team.

Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCMS)

  • Lead site-level BCP/DR execution and maintain the BCMS framework in line with organizational direction.
  • Facilitate BCMS implementation across locations; deliver awareness and role-based training.
  • Guide operations to develop compliant, effective Business Continuity Plans.
  • Conduct BIA/Risk Assessments to define RTO, RPO, RCO, dependencies, and recovery needs.

HITRUST Program Management

  • Manage HITRUST readiness and validated assessments.
  • Operate the MyCSF portal: evidence uploads, inheritance requests, CAPA tracking.
  • Support maturity scoring and remediation to reach target levels.
  • Work with SMEs to prepare control narratives, testing of controls, and assessor responses.
  • Maintain an artifact index mapped to CSF requirements and track interim/bridge updates.

SOC 1 / SOC 2 Compliance

  • Drive SOC 1/SOC 2 readiness—map control objectives and Trust Services Criteria.
  • Manage the control catalogue, define owners, and maintain documentation.
  • Handle population & sampling evidence for the audit period; support walkthroughs with auditors.
  • Track exceptions and remediation; maintain narratives, flowcharts, and policy alignments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Must have experience as Quality analyst team lead in HC BPO set up
  • Strong command over audit planning & execution, risk management, CAPA, and evidence governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication (written & verbal), and coordination skills.
