Role Overview

We're looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to join our growing team at Bridge 5 Global Ventures, an in-house brand under BrandBuzz focused on e-commerce marketing and live selling.

The E-Commerce Specialist will manage online store operations, coordinate live selling activities, and execute digital campaigns to drive sales performance across multiple platforms. This role requires flexibility, as the nature of e-commerce and live selling may involve weekend or rotating schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update product listings and campaigns across e-commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify)
  • Assist in planning and executing live selling sessions and promotional activities
  • Coordinate with marketing, creative, and logistics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Monitor store performance, analyze sales and traffic data, and recommend strategies for optimization
  • Handle order management, stock updates, and customer inquiries efficiently
  • Prepare sales reports, track ad performance, and evaluate promotional effectiveness
  • Stay updated on e-commerce and live selling trends to identify new opportunities for growth

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or related fields
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or Shopify
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for sales and inventory tracking
  • Basic understanding of online advertising and performance analytics
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Flexible to work on weekends or shifting schedules as required by live selling operations

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience hosting or assisting in live selling events
  • Basic photo/video editing or content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, or Photoshop)
  • Experience in influencer marketing or e-commerce campaign management
  • Interest in beauty, lifestyle, or retail e-commerce
