• Addressing any customer queries and guiding them with their purchasing decisions


• Coaching and guiding of Junior Sales and Marketing Officers


• Maintain monitoring database, including contract expiry


• Preparing and maintaining regular sales reports including but not limited to project pipelines and forecasts


• Collaborating with the Marketing department to develop various promotional activities


• Participation in Exhibits, Product presentations and Road shows


• Researching current market trends and making a note of customer requirements


• Reviewing competitor product offerings


• Customizing proposals to fit client requirements


• Develop specific sales and marketing strategies relevant to his accounts


• Referring customer requests and complaints to the relevant departments


• Close coordination with internal stakeholders re; Project status and customer needs
