Graphic Designer

Job Description
The primary function of this role is to translate marketing strategies into compelling visual communications for a variety of channels that convert on company goals. This role will have a wide scope, including designing digital ads, iconography, infographics, long- and short-form collateral, email graphics, video/animated creative, and more. The Graphic Designer will work closely with campaign managers, content managers, and digital specialists while reporting to the Creative Services Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Executes design projects from concept to delivery based on requirements provided to help support our brands.
• Ensures that layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards and follow best practices.
• Adheres to and helps define brand guidelines on typography, iconography, colors, imagery, and graphic style.
• Coordinates with marketing stakeholders to deliver projects on time while effectively managing competing priorities. Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects at once and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Creates dynamic and engaging video content using animated/motion graphics and other digital media.
• Utilizes proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud apps to produce and edit a variety of design projects quickly and accurately.
• Stays up to date with industry developments and tools.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required

• Qualifications:

• Requires 2-5 years of graphic design experience

• Must provide a link to an online portfolio of design work
• Excellent computer skills and a strong familiarity with Figma, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud apps (especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and shared web and graphic design formats
• Experience with Turtl, Microsoft Teams, and Asana is a plus.

• Experience working with geographically diverse remote teams is a plus.

• Other Skills:

• Proficiency in basic video animation and editing

• Motion graphic design
• Layout design
• Adobe Creative Cloud
• Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and collaborate as a team

Working Conditions

• Full-time, hybrid position.
