Full-time | Reports to: Head of Product Security

We're looking for a Security Projects Support Analyst to help drive the delivery of security initiatives across product lines and vendor engagements. This hybrid role blends business analysis, documentation, and light project coordination, making it ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy.

What You'll Do:

  • Create and maintain project documentation (risk assessments, vendor reviews, reports)
  • Translate business and technical requirements into clear, actionable outputs
  • Support project tracking, scheduling, and stakeholder communications
  • Assist with vendor compliance documentation and assessments
  • Collaborate across teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Procurement) to embed security early in the development lifecycle

What You Bring:

Must-Haves:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project support or business analysis
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience in vendor coordination and compliance tracking
  • Familiarity with Information Security or cybersecurity domains
  • Fluent English communication (written and verbal)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Background in banking, fintech, telco, or software
  • Agile/Scrum certification
  • Experience in CX or product development
  • Technical writing or presentation skills
