Information Security Operations Analyst (On-site work in Ortigas, Pasig City)

Primary Function:

Assistance to IT Systems Security Officer to implement security solutions and to monitor/analyze security related incidents to protect computer systems, networks and data

Major Responsibilities:

  • Investigate cases where the IT system has been compromised and take the appropriate action to resolve the problem.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest intelligence, including hackers' methodologies, in order to anticipate security breaches.
  • To identify any weak points that might make information systems vulnerable to attack. They may carry out simulated attacks to test the efficiency of security measures. They also prioritize security coverage to ensure that strategically important data, such as commercial information or personal data, receives the highest levels of protection;
  • To set up automated processes to monitor the status of computers and networks. If the monitoring system detects unusual patterns of behavior, ISSOA must respond quickly to determine the cause and deal with any threat. They also analyze reports generated by the monitoring system to identify trends that might indicate a future risk.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics and Communications Engineering or relevant courses
  • Open for Fresh Graduates

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
